Heber is someone who goes above and beyond when representing his client. He walked us through the process when we sold our house and continued to be there for us when we bought our townhouse. He is a faithful and committed person and it showed when it came to walking each step with us.
We will definitely call on him if and when the time comes to sell and buy again.
UPDATE: Heber did it again. He walked along side us as we sold our townhouse and were being firm on our requests.
We just bought another house in which Heber guided us and made some calls and emailed the appropriate personnel to get us through the process.

I want to start off by saying thank you. I moved down to Miami from New York last year. I started to look for a home in October with another realtor. She was nice but was not able to find what we were looking for. She introduced us to Heber Santiago and we know right away he was the one. He made us feel very comfortable. We were able to tell him exactly what we were looking for. He was patient with us and understand what we were looking for. He was very accommodating to our needs. Heber Santiago is by far the most knowledgeable, effective, professional, and hard-working realtor I have ever worked with in more than 35 years. We had tried to sell our home before with another realty company, but after a while being listed, we had no offers so we took it off the market, later on we met Heber and he promised he would sell our home in 2 weeks, he got us multiple offers and even one asking price in 10 days, we could not believe it!

Not all super heroes wear capes. Santi is by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with. The amount of care and professionalism he has is unmeasurable.
